Mary Claire Junge
Mary Claire earned her Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology, with a minor in Pychology, from Rockhurst University before earning her Juris Doctor at the University of Missouri School of Law in 2025. She obtained her Missouri law license in the fall of 2025 and is currently pursuing admission to the Kansas Bar.
During law school, she participated in the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic, where she assisted small Missouri businesses with the legal needs involved in launching and establishing their operations, as well as the AACE Venture Fund, where she conducted legal due diligence on companies being considered for investment. After graduation, she practiced in the banking and finance group of a national law firm. She assisted with structuring, negotiation, and closing of tax-exempt and taxable commercial lending transactions.
At MSB Law, Mary Claire helps business owners navigate the legal issues that arise throughout the life of a business—from formation and day-to-day operations to financing, growth, ownership transitions, and succession planning. Drawing on her transactional background and practical approach to problem-solving, she works to understand each client’s business and provide clear, thoughtful advice tailored to its goals.
