Nicole Lancaster

Nicole Lancaster is an attorney with MSB Law, focusing her practice on business and corporate transactional matters.

Nicole earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Pre-Law Studies from William Penn University before completing both her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration at Drake University Law School in 2024. She took the Missouri Bar in July 2024 and was licensed to practice in Missouri on September 11, 2024. She is currently working toward obtaining her Kansas license.

While in law school, Nicole participated in the Transactional and Business Law Clinic, where she gained hands-on experience advising new businesses and nonprofit organizations. After graduation, she joined a law firm where she specialized in real estate and corporate law, assisting clients with entity formation, nonprofit counseling, and business succession planning. Her work included drafting and reviewing operating agreements, bylaws, articles of incorporation, purchase and sale agreements, and commercial leases.

At MSB Law, Nicole focuses on helping clients build, grow, and sustain the organizations they are passionate about. Driven by curiosity and a lifelong love of problem-solving, she finds deep fulfillment in supporting individuals and businesses as they pursue their goals.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and attending sporting events—especially Kansas City Chiefs games, where she is a proud season ticket holder. A lifelong athlete, she also loves competing in the gym and spending time with her beloved Rottweiler.
