Cameron Bernard

Cameron Bernard is an attorney with MSB Law, focusing his practice on general litigation and business disputes. He represents clients across Kansas and Missouri in commercial and civil litigation, personal injury, and appellate advocacy. Cameron also advises businesses and other organizations regarding regulatory compliance and risk management, helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with clarity and confidence.

Before joining MSB Law, Cameron served as a research attorney for the Kansas Court of Appeals and practiced with respected litigation firms in Topeka and Kansas City. His experience spans a wide range of matters, from employment disputes and governmental liability to construction and personal injury claims. Cameron has obtained favorable settlements, dismissals, and summary judgment awards for his clients and had success on appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the Kansas Court of Appeals, and the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District.
